By creating an account or using Bazella, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bazella. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
What Bazella Does
Bazella is an AI-assisted document generation service for resumes and cover letters. The quality of generated documents depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not guarantee any particular employment outcome, including interviews, job offers, or hiring decisions.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Bazella. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your documents. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Bazella for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Submit content that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or disrupt any part of the platform.
- Share, resell, or misuse access to the service.
We reserve the right to suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
Credits, Payments, and Refunds
Bazella operates on a pay-per-generation credit model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when documents are generated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Unused credits are non-expiring unless your account is terminated. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] if you have a concern.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Bazella available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes where possible.
Generated resume and cover letter files remain available for 10 days after creation, after which they are automatically deleted from storage.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Bazella is provided on an as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or lost opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may stop using Bazella at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, fraud risk, abuse, or legal compliance requirements. If your account is terminated by us without cause, we will refund any unused credits.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
