- Profile and content data: information you enter into your profile, job descriptions, packs, and metadata about documents we generate for you.
- Payment data: billing status and transaction metadata provided by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
- Support data: messages you send to our support team.
- Technical data: server logs used for security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting. We minimise logging of personal content.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and process payments.

AI Processing
Our generation workflows use AI services. Content you provide such as your profile and job descriptions are sent to these services to produce your documents. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we select providers that apply appropriate data handling standards.
Sharing Your Information
We share data only with service providers who help us operate Bazella. This includes cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and workflow automation. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Generated documents are stored for 10 days before being automatically deleted. Account and transaction records are retained as needed for service delivery, security, and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Security
We use HTTPS, secure cookies, private file storage with short-lived access links, and signature-verified integrations. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect your information.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
